Nick SpanglerI have been in the construction business on Chincoteague and the greater Eastern Shore of Virginia for over forty years. I have great relationships with architects, building suppliers, and sub-contractors in the area. Our reputation speaks for itself.
I'll work closely with you throughout all stages of the process, whether you're looking for a custom-built home, a remodel, or a minor repair. I love this work—being outdoors, working with tools, figuring out how to get things done, and being part of the crew! When I'm not working, I coach and ref youth street hockey, and I help build homes with Habitat for Humanity. I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, hiking, backpacking, and just sitting in my chair watching hockey or Premier League football on TV. I feel very lucky to be living on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The people and the natural beauty make it a great place to call home. |
Pat Luckenbach
After graduating from the University of Virginia, I turned my attention to running the family business. Like Nick, I am responsible for all phases of the construction process, from estimating and permitting to framing and finishing.
I'm just a regular guy (except for my irregularly shaped ears and super-human strength). Outside of work, I like to spend time with my wife, son, and dog. We love playing on the beach and watching people fall into the holes our dog digs (...just kidding!). I love playing/watching any sport with a ball. I'm in an endless pursuit of expanding SCI's capabilities as a business, and I hope to change the way people think about the residential construction industry. |
